APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> A. Monday, June 27, 2022, City Council Agenda. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Meehlhause/Bergeron. To Approve the Monday, June 27, 2022, agenda as <br />revised adding Items 8D and 9A. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. CONSENT AGENDA <br />A. Approval of Minutes: June 13, 2022. <br />B. Just and Correct Claims. <br />C. Resolution 9599, Adopting and Reporting Performance Measurements. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Bergeron/Hull. To Approve the Consent Agenda as presented. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />6. PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />David Olson, 2215 Lois Drive, stated he has been a resident of Mounds View for the past 39 years. <br />He explained he was concerned about the loss of power at his home over the past week. He <br />indicated his home has lost power four times this last week for about 10 hours each time. He <br />requested the City speak with Xcel Energy to see why his home has lost power so many times and <br />for such long periods of time. <br />
