Item 05C <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends approval. The City Attorney has reviewed the agreement (Exhibit A). Staff <br />sees no reason to oppose the property sale, contingent upon the seller completing a Point -of - <br />Sale Inflow/Infiltration inspection. As of March 31d, the sewer line has been partially televised, <br />but a blockage prevented the competition of the inspection.
