The current <br />Labor Agreement between the City of Mounds View and the Public Works Collective <br />Bargaining Unit requires all permanent job vacancies be posted internally for five (5) <br />working days so that interested employees may be considered for such vacancies before <br />the position is advertised to the general public. Only after the vacancy has been posted <br />for five (5) working days and no response is received from any employee will the City <br />proceed to posting the vacancy with an external source.
