RESOLUTION NO. 9614 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AMEND RESOLUTION 8820 TO REMOVE <br />ACCRUAL OF PERSONAL LEAVE <br />WHEREAS, Barbara Benesch worked for the City of Mounds View for 38 years <br />and retired in 2017; and <br />WHEREAS, after one year, Ms. Benesch was rehired at the City with Resolution <br />8820 to assist during staffing transition; and <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Benesch was granted eight (8) hours of personal leave accrual <br />for every 240 hours worked with Resolution 8820; and <br />WHEREAS, with approval of Resolution 9913 which allows seven (7) part-time <br />staff members who work 20 or more hours per week, of which Ms. Benesch is a part of <br />that group, to accrue vacation, sick leave, and holiday accruals, an amendment is now <br />needed for Resolution 8820, eliminating the previous personal leave accrual of eight (8) <br />hours. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mounds View City Council <br />Amend Resolution 8820 to Remove the Accrual of Personal Leave retroactive to July 11, <br />2022. <br />Adopted this 25t" day of July, 2022. <br />Carol A.
