General Employment Background Check <br />The Michaels Organization requires a background check and drug screening for all <br />candidates offered employment, and current employees, where applicable, as part of the <br />process of evaluating their qualifications and suitability for a position. A background check <br />will be conducted by a third-party agency designated by Human Resources for candidates <br />offered employment or current employees when requested as a result of promotion or <br />transfer, to include a: Social Security Trace, Criminal Background Check and National Sex <br />Offender Registry. <br />For additional details, contact Kristy Calo, Director of Talent Acquisition for Michaels, at <br />856-596-0500.
