Officer <br />Klukas has been employed by the City for four (4) years (start date April 10, 2018). Attached is Resolution <br />9615, authorizing separation compensation to Officer Klukas in accordance with the City's Personnel <br />Manual and LELS Labor Agreement. <br />Discussion <br />Section 5.03 of the City of Mounds View Personnel Manual and Article 23.1A of the LELS Labor <br />Agreement state employees leaving in good standing will receive a lump -sum compensation for all <br />accrued vacation and compensation time. Article 23.2A of the LELS Labor Agreement state employees <br />with two (2) or more years of service will contribute their eligible sick leave hours to the Retirement Health <br />Savings Plan.
