Projects were ranked on a scale of one to five, with five being the most <br /> important projects to be pursued or encouraged by the City. Six of the seven members <br /> responded to the survey request. The average rankings for the commercial, industrial and <br /> housing projects are shown following the project name. <br /> 1 .
