Mr. Wattenhofer has been employed by the City for two (2) years (start date June <br />1, 2020). Attached is Resolution 9626, authorizing separation compensation in accordance with the City's <br />Personnel Manual and the Public Works Collective Bargaining Agreement. <br />Discussion <br />Section 5.03 of the City of Mounds View Personnel Manual and Article 26 of the Public Works Collective <br />Bargaining Agreement state employees leaving in good standing will receive a lump -sum compensation <br />for all accrued vacation and compensation time. Article 27 of the Public Works Collective Bargaining <br />Agreement state employees with two (2) or more years of service will contribute their eligible sick leave <br />hours to the Retirement Health Savings Plan.
