Resolution 9633, Electing to Retain the Statutory Tort Limit on Liability for <br />32 the 2023 Insurance Policies. <br />33 D. PUBLIC COMMENT <br />41 <br />42 Vince Meyer, 8380 Spring Lake Road, stated he had several concerns with the street improvement <br />43 project. He explained there was some issues with the dust control on his road. He noted he has a <br />44 light -sided house that was covered with dust and debris. He indicated his garbage hauler was not <br />45 picking up his garbage because of the road construction. He understood the water trucks do not <br />46 work on the weekends. He asked when the boulevard tree stumps would be removed. He <br />
