FIRM INFORMATION <br />OERTEL ARCHITECTS, LTD. was established and incorporated, <br />in the state of Minnesota in January of 1996 by Jeff Oertel, with a <br />commitment to solve design and building challenges so that each <br />and every project achieves its maximum potential at the least overall <br />cost, to serve all clients, large and small, using our attention to detail, <br />understandable design process and problem-solving method of tackling <br />the big issues, regardless of project size and complexity. We have <br />instituted a hands-on approach in working out details, understanding <br />building conditions and working with user groups. <br />Our firm provides a full range of consulting services including planning, <br />architectural design, interior design, and construction-related services. <br />Our firm has worked with over sixty cities, thirteen counties and several <br />state agencies to date. <br />Oertel Architects is a small firm by choice as we prefer a direct approach <br />to all of the projects we work on.
