<br />Kelly is an integral member of the electrical and technology
<br />teams at EP. He has 25 years of experience working across a
<br />range of market sectors with particular strength in the education
<br />market. He is directly involved in all aspects of electrical design,
<br />including lighting, power, fire alarm, telecommunications and
<br />security systems. His status as a Registered Communications
<br />Distribution Designer (RCDD) demonstrates his exceptional skill
<br />in telecommunications design.
<br />Kelly works closely with each member of the team to develop
<br />solutions that meet the client’s goals. Helping clients balance
<br />first costs with long-term adaptability and effectiveness is one
<br />of Kelly’s strongest assets. Kelly is a LEED-registered professional
<br />and is one of the first engineers in the state of Minnesota to
<br />receive WELL certification. His commitment to efficiency and
<br />sustainability have made him a go-to resource for projects
<br />seeking environmental responsibility and occupant wellness
<br />goals.

<br />Scott is a managing partner and registered mechanical engineer
<br />with 20 years of experience as a consulting engineer. He has
<br />extensive experience designing HVAC, plumbing, piping, fire
<br />protection and building automation systems, as well as project
<br />management and construction administration expertise. Scott
<br />has worked in a variety of industry sectors including corporate,
<br />civic and municipal, education, financial, housing, hospitality,
<br />restaurant, retail, and worship.
<br />Scott is a LEED-accredited professional and has a special focus on
<br />leading and designing sustainable projects, with multiple LEED-
<br />registered projects under his belt.
<br />Scott enjoys creating and maintaining business relationships with
<br />building owners and architects. He thrives on helping building
<br />owners make informed decisions about building systems by
<br />engaging early in the design process and leveraging both his
<br />experience and energy modeling technologies.
