Resolution 9646 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, in consideration of the Staff Report, the <br />Planning Commission's recommendation, and in consideration of public testimony, the City <br />Council hereby Approves the Preliminary and Final Plat of STELLMAKER ADDITION, with the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The Developer shall satisfy all requirements made by the City Attorney as stated in the <br />Plat Opinion, dated October 19, 2022, or as amended by the City Attorney. <br />2. Upon Final Plat approval the Developer shall reimburse the City for review fees by the <br />City Attorney, City Engineer, and any consultants, if in excess of the $1,000 Subdivision <br />Escrow paid October 3, 2022. <br />Adopted this 14t" day of November, 2022 <br />Attest: <br />Carol A.
