None are a a true residential neighborhood only.
While houses were nearby, there was only one that was as close as the houses in our area. All the others are
quite a ways away.
All of the churches listed that we visited have businesses and/or school nearby and the residential aspect is
secondary at best, in my opinion. Again, now are true residential areas like where we live. All the signs were
very bright.
All to say, there will be a need for a lot of convincing to us that the proposed sign, if built, will be kept
minimally lit up and turned off every night at 10 pm.
The contractor may say that he has only had a couple of complaints in over 70 signs built. But I'm beginning to
realize the potential is that a sign has never been built in a truly residential neighborhood. I'll be checking out
more via Google maps to see where they actually reside.
Thanks,
Steve Hadeen
Sent from my iPhone
On Nov 1, 2022, at 3:10 PM, Jon Sevald <jon.sevald@moundsviewmn.org> wrote:
Steve, see the email below:
From: Matthew Duffy <mattduffy@thinkdigitalsigns.com>
Sent: Tuesday, November 1, 2022 3:09 PM
To: Jon Sevald <jon.sevald@moundsviewmn.org>
Cc: Mike Kasbohm <mikekasbohm@thinkdigitalsigns.com>
Subject: RE: Proposed Abiding Savior signage
Caution: This email originated outside our organization; please use caution.
I.
