CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chair Jim Freichels called the meeting to order at approximately 7:30 a.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Chair, Jim Freichels, Vice Chair, Dan Larson, Commissioners, <br />Gary Stevenson, Gary Rundle, Donn Linstrom, & Jason Helgemoe <br />Members Absent: None <br />Staff Present: Assistant City Administrator, Brian Beeman <br />Meeting Attendees: None <br /> <br />3. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 17, 2022 AGENDA <br />Motion/Second: Commissioner Stevenson moved and Commissioner Rundle seconded <br />the approval of the February 17, 2022 EDC agenda. <br /> <br />Motion Carried: 7 Ayes, 0 Nays <br /> <br />4. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 20, 2022 EDC MINUTES <br />Motion/Second: Commissioner Rundle moved and Commissioner Stevenson seconded <br />the approval of the January 20, 2022 minutes. <br /> <br />Motion Carried: 7 Ayes, 0 Nays <br /> <br />5. EDC BUSINESS <br />Review 2022 EDC Priorities: <br />Motion/Second: Commissioner Larson moved and Commissioner Stevenson seconded <br />the motion to approve the 2022 EDC Priorities adding number ten Community Center <br />Expansion. <br /> <br />Motion Carried: 7 Ayes, 0 Nays <br /> <br />Review EDC Bylaws: <br />Motion/Second: Commissioner Stevenson moved and Commissioner Lindstrom <br />seconded the motion to approve the EDC Bylaws as-is. <br /> <br />Motion Carried: 7 Ayes, 0 Nays <br /> <br />6. REPORTS OF STAFF <br />Assistant City Administrator Beeman provided an update on approximately a dozen <br />projects happening within the city.
