Minutes of the Economic Development Commission <br />City of Mounds View <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Regular Meeting <br />November 18, 2021 <br />City of Mounds View, Council Chambers <br />2401 County Road 10, Mounds View, MN 55112 <br /> <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Chair Jim Freichels called the meeting to order at approximately 7:30 a.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Chair Jim Freichels, Commissioners, Gary Stevenson, Gary Rundle, Donn Linstrom, & Jason Helgemoe <br />Members Absent: Vice Chair Dan Larson, & Lisa Marquis <br />Staff Present: Assistant City Administrator, Brian Beeman <br />Meeting Attendees: Gary Meehlhause <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 18, 2021 AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion/Second: Commissioner Stevenson moved and Commissioner Rundle seconded the approval of the November 18, 2021 EDC agenda. <br /> <br />Motion Carried: 5 Ayes, 0 Nays <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 18, 2021 EDC MINUTES <br /> <br />Commissioner Stevenson recommended the addition of a City Council Member section to the Agenda and Minutes. The rest of the Commissioners agreed and Assistant City Administrator Beeman <br /> will add a Council Section for the next EDC agenda packet. <br /> <br />Motion/Second: Commissioner Rundle moved and Commissioner Stevenson seconded the approval of the February 18, 2021 EDC minutes. <br /> <br />Motion Carried: 5 Ayes, 0 Nays <br /> <br />EDC BUSINESS <br /> <br />Resignation <br />Chair Freichels announced the resignation of Lisa Marquis from the EDC. Assistant City Administrator Beeman stated that Commissioner Marquis notified him in July that she moved and is <br /> running a business in another city. The EDC didn’t hold a meeting until November therefore, Commissioner Marquis’s resignation became official at the November 18, 2021 meeting. No motion <br /> or resolution was necessary. <br /> <br />
