<br /> <br /> <br />Review EDC Bylaws <br />Beeman informed the Commission that the City Code indicates that the EDC should review its Bylaw annually, and that it should be conducted at the first regular meeting in February. <br /> <br />Motion/Second: Commissioner Rundle moved and Commissioner Marquis seconded accepting the EDC Bylaws as-is. <br /> <br />Motion Carried: 6 Ayes, 0 Nays <br /> <br />REPORTS OF STAFF <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Beeman provided an update on approximately 14 projects and invited the EDC to the City Council’s April worksession where Beeman and Jon Sevald, City Planner <br /> will be providing a redevelopment site review. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Meehlhause informed the Commission that the City received an award from the Center for Energy and Environment for the most usage by residents of the Energy Audit program <br /> as compared to competing cities. Commissioner Helgemoe reminded the EDC of the upcoming Twin Cities North Chamber gala. There were no other Commissioners updates. <br /> <br />NEXT REGULAR EDC MEETING <br /> <br />Beeman asked if the Commission desired to have him schedule some new business owner presentation. The Commission agreed to hold off on these and send out periodic email updates instead. <br /> The EDC will monitor the COVID situation and perhaps business owner presentations can be scheduled at a later date.
