<br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF
<br />STELLMAKER ADDITION (Planning Case MA2022-001)
<br />WHEREAS, the applicants, Ryan and Tanya Stellmaker, are requesting Preliminary and
<br />Final Plat approval of a Subdivision, located at 3024 County Road H2, and 7280 Hidden Hollow
<br />Court, legally described as:

<br />The north 210. Feet of Lot 38, KNOLLWOOD PARK, Ramsey County, Minnesota
<br />and;

<br />Lot 16, Block 1, HIDDEN HOLLOW, Ramsey County, Minnesota
<br />WHEREAS, a Subdivision Application and plans were submitted on September 1, 2022,
<br />and determined to be complete as of October 3, 2022. Plans were distributed by Staff to
<br />applicable departments and agencies for their review. Comments were received from:

<br />WHEREAS, the Property is zoned R-1 Single -Family Residential, and guided Single -
<br />Family Detached in the Comprehensive Plan; and,
<br />WHEREAS, Staff have reviewed the Preliminary Plat dated October 3, 2022, finding it to
<br />be consistent with requirements of the Mounds View Municipal Code; and,
<br />WHEREAS, on November 2, 2022, the Mounds View Planning and Zoning Commission
<br />reviewed the Applicant's request, recommending Approval (Resolution 1152-22); and,
<br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held on Monday, November 14, 2022 at 6:30 PM. A
<br />Public Hearing Notice was published in the October 25, 2022 Shoreview Press, and mailed to
<br />property owners within 350' of the subject property; and,
