RESOLUTION 9646 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF <br />STELLMAKER ADDITION (Planning Case MA2022-001) <br />WHEREAS, the applicants, Ryan and Tanya Stellmaker, are requesting Preliminary and <br />Final Plat approval of a Subdivision, located at 3024 County Road H2, and 7280 Hidden Hollow <br />Court, legally described as: <br />P I D: 07-30-23-32-0020 <br />The north 210. Feet of Lot 38, KNOLLWOOD PARK, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />and; <br />P I D: 07-30-23-32-0038 <br />Lot 16, Block 1, HIDDEN HOLLOW, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />WHEREAS, a Subdivision Application and plans were submitted on September 1, 2022, <br />and determined to be complete as of October 3, 2022. Plans were distributed by Staff to <br />applicable departments and agencies for their review. A <br />Public Hearing Notice was published in the October 25, 2022 Shoreview Press, and mailed to <br />property owners within 350' of the subject property; and, <br />
