RESOLUTION NO.9658 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT RENEWAL WITH DIPPIN CHOCOLATE, LLC, <br />FOR USE OF THE COMMERCIAL KITCHEN SPACE AT THE MOUNDS VIEW <br />COMMUNITY CENTER <br />WHEREAS, Dippin Chocolate, LLC, desires to lease kitchen space at the Mounds <br />View Community Center ("MVCC") beginning January 1, 2023; and, <br />WHEREAS, the commercial kitchen space at the MVCC is available for hourly <br />rental by licensed food caterers; and, <br />WHEREAS, Dippin Chocolate, LLC, is currently licensed as a food caterer through <br />Ramsey County; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the attached Lease Agreement and <br />agrees to renew said lease with Dippin Chocolate, LLC, on a non-exclusive basis, as <br />described and as stipulated therein. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve the non-exclusive Lease Agreement with Dippin Chocolate, LLC, for one <br />year, beginning January 1, 2023, at the annual rate of $300, plus additional cost of $95 <br />per hour or fraction thereof. <br />Adopted this 28t" day of November, 2022. <br />Carol A.
