RESOLUTION NO.9659 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVING A THREE YEAR LABOR AGREEMENT WITH THE LELS 204 <br />PATROL AND INVESTIGATORS EFFECTIVE <br />JANUARY 1, 2023 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2025 <br />WHEREAS, the previously approved Labor Agreement with the LELS 204 expires <br />at the end of 2022; and <br />WHEREAS, the City and the LELS 204 Union held a series of negotiating sessions <br />in an effort to ratify a new agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, The City and the LELS 204 Union reviewed and agreed to certain <br />revisions to the Labor Agreement as shown in the attached Exhibit A. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View does hereby approve a revised three year Labor Agreement with the LELS <br />204 Union, effective January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2025. <br />Adopted this 28th Day of November, 2022. <br />Carol A.
