ORDINANCE NO. 997 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 31.003 OF THE MOUNDS VIEW CITY CODE <br />REGARDING CITY COUNCIL COMPENSATION. <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title 3, <br />Chapter 31, Section 31.003 of the Mounds View Municipal Code by adding the double -underlined <br />material and deleting the stricken material as follows: <br />§ 31.003 COMPENSATION. <br />(A) Mayor's compensation. The salary of the Mayor is fixed at $7,500 A8,250 per year. <br />(B) Council members' salaries. The salary of the Council members is fixed at <br />$�50$ $7,452 per year. <br />(C) Method of payment. The compensation shall be paid monthly. <br />SECTION 2.
