A timeline for opening will be announced when they get possession of the <br />building, clean up the property, and move equipment and furniture making the site ready <br />for operation. <br />Notice of this public hearing was sent to property owners within 500 feet of the subject <br />property on November 16, 2022. Notice was published in the City's official newspaper, <br />The Shoreview Press, on November 22, 2022. In addition, the following items were <br />confirmed: <br />• No outstanding water/sewer bills for this property. <br />• No delinquent property taxes for this property. <br />• The Mounds View Police Department has provided a satisfactory <br />background checks on all three applicants. <br />• All application materials, fees and supporting documents were submitted <br />and reviewed. <br />• Proof of adequate Liquor Liability Insurance was provided. <br />Approval of the liquor license is contingent upon passing all required building and fire <br />inspections, issuance of a Ramsey County Food license and approval of the Mounds <br />View Change of Occupancy.
