Pi <br />HOMES <br />Autumn Meadows — Shoreview, MN <br />In 2014, Pulte developed an infill property that was surrounded by existing homes. We <br />worked hard to be sensitive to the needs of the neighbors and carefully built 25 luxury <br />single family homes in the new neighborhood. <br />We took an innovative approach to dealing with storm water by creating an underground <br />storage system that would temporarily flood the open space above it during heavy rains. <br />The area is used by the residents as green space.
