MEETING IS CALLED TO ORDER <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />3. OATH OF OFFICE <br />City Administrator Zikmund administered the Oath of Office to Mayor Al Hull, Council Member <br />Sherry Gunn and Council Member Zach Lindstrom. A round of applause was offered by all in <br />attendance. <br />4. ROLL CALL: Cermak, Gunn, Lindstrom, Meehlhause and Hull <br />NOT PRESENT: None. <br />5. COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />A. Resolution 9681, Selection of the Acting Mayor, Treasurer and Official <br />Newspaper and Depositories for 2023. <br />City Administrator Zikmund requested the Council select the Acting Mayor, Treasurer, official <br />newspaper and depositories for 2023. <br />Mayor Hull stated he supported the proposed depositories as recommended by Finance Director <br />Beer. <br />Council Member Gunn suggested the Life Newspaper serve as the City's primary newspaper and <br />that the Pioneer Press be the secondary newspaper for the City given their overall coverage of the <br />City. <br />Council Member Meehlhause agreed the Life Newspaper had better coverage in Mounds View <br />than the Shoreview Press. <br />Council Member Lindstrom stated he believed the Pioneer Press has the best coverage and <br />availability for the City. <br />Council Member Meehlhause indicated he could support moving to the Pioneer Press, but stated <br />
