Council Updates <br />Council Member Meehlhause provided the Planning Commission with an update from the City <br />Council. He congratulated Gary Rundle for being appointed Chair for 2022 and welcomed <br />Marcus Curtis to the Planning Commission. <br />D. Planning Commissioner Reports <br />None. <br />7. Other Planning Activity <br />A. Annual Review of Planning Commission Bylaws. <br />Community Development Director Sevald reviewed the Planning Commission Bylaws and <br />recommended approval. <br />The Commission proposed no changes to the bylaws and recommended the bylaws remain as is. <br />8. Approval of Minutes <br />January 19, 2022. <br />MOTION/SECOND: Commissioner Farmer/Commissioner Stevenson. To approve the Minutes <br />of the January 19, 2022 regular Planning Commission meetings as presented. <br />A roll call vote was taken. <br />Ayes — 6 Nays — 0 Abstain — 1 Motion carried. <br />9.
