MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION 1148-22 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF ORDINANCE 988, <br />AMENDING MOUNDS VIEW CITY CODE CHAPTER 161 <br />RELATING TO DYNAMIC DISPLAYS <br />The City of Mounds View Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Mounds View hereby amends Title XV, Chapter <br />116, SIGNS AND BILLBOARDS of the Mounds View Municipal Code by adding the <br />underlined material and deleting the sir-ieleii material as follows: <br />§ 161.037 GENERAL LOCATION, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS. <br />(B) Signs allowed by district.
