WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the community to become a member and <br />participate in the Fencing Consortium. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota authorize the resolution adopting the fencing <br />consortium joint powers agreement. <br />Adopted this 23th day of January, 2023. <br />Al Hull, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Nyle Zikmund, City Administrator <br />(seal) <br />
