the executed resolution to the Board. A proposed amendment shall be considered <br />approved if the amendment resolution is adopted by at least 90% of the then current <br />Members. <br />13.11 Examination of Books. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.05, Subd. 5, the <br />books, records, documents and accounting procedures and practices of the Fencing <br />Consortium and the Vendor are subject to examination by the State. Members may <br />examine the financial records of the Fencing Consortium upon reasonable request. <br />13.12 Recitals and Exhibits Incorporated.
