Make low interest loans available to <br />address maintenance needs. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends that the Rental Licenses for each of the properties be revoked. Mr. <br />Halvorson was notified of this meeting on February 17, 2023 via mail and email (phone call <br />attempted, but has no voicemail). Notice was posted on each of the three buildings on February <br />21, 2023. <br />5691 Quincy Street may have been sold (Feb 241h closing scheduled). This revocation <br />proceeding is not affected by the sale.
