iNSWMA <br />May 11, 2009 <br />MPCA Commissioner Paul Eger <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br />520 Lafayette Rd North <br />St. Paul, MN 55155 <br />Dear Commissioner Eger: <br />The National Solid Wastes Management Association (NSWMA) has reviewed the Draft <br />Report, "Analysis of Waste Collection Service Arrangements", prepared for the <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) by Foth Infrastructure and Environment, <br />and we respectfully request that the report not be released as final until our Association <br />has had the opportunity to meet with you. We understand that Doug Carnival, NSWMA, <br />has set up a meeting for May 21 at 2:30pm to discuss key priority, high level concerns <br />with the quality of this report, the conclusions that are drawn, and the impact that the <br />recommendations have on the waste industry.
