APPROVAL OF JANUARY 20, 2022 EDC MINUTES <br /> Motion/Second: Commissioner Rundle moved and Commissioner Stevenson seconded <br /> the approval of the January 20, 2022 minutes. <br /> Motion Carried: 7 Ayes, 0 Nays <br /> 5. EDC BUSINESS <br /> Review 2022 EDC Priorities: <br /> Motion/Second: Commissioner Larson moved and Commissioner Stevenson seconded <br /> the motion to approve the 2022 EDC Priorities adding number ten Community Center <br /> Expansion. <br /> Motion Carried: 7 Ayes, 0 Nays <br /> Review EDC Bylaws: <br /> Motion/Second: Commissioner Stevenson moved and Commissioner Lindstrom <br /> seconded the motion to approve the EDC Bylaws as-is. <br /> Motion Carried: 7 Ayes, 0 Nays <br /> 6. REPORTS OF STAFF <br /> Assistant City Administrator Beeman provided an update on approximately a dozen <br /> projects happening within the city. <br />
