The amounts in the earlier years were about $5 million to $6 million (street maintenance only), and since 1987 have grown from $8 million to $16 million (street maintenance and storm sewer). 46 Excludes the Ramsey County Waste Management service charges of about $14 million per year. Beginning in 2003, this amount is no longer on the abstract of tax lists reported to the Department of Revenue, but rather is collected directly by waste haulers.
