RESOLUTION NO. 9717 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AUTHORIZING SEPARATION COMPENSATION FOR <br />POLICE OFFICER LINDSEY JOURDAN <br />WHEREAS, Police Officer Lindsey Jourdan has resigned from the City of Mounds View <br />effective March 8, 2023; and <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Article 23 of the Labor Agreement between the City of <br />Mounds View and the Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. (LELS) Local No. 204, Officer <br />Jourdan will receive a cash payout of accrued and unused vacation hours of 32.34; and <br />WHEREAS, the rate of pay for Officer Jourdan upon resignation was $32.73 per hour. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council approves <br />separation compensation to Police Officer Jourdan consistent with the Labor Agreement <br />between the City of Mounds View and the Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc.
