<br />2010 – 12 meetings held, minutes reflect only 5 members present at May and August meeting thus no quorum. Annual report to Court states the July meeting was cancelled due to scheduling <br /> conflicts, however, minutes show a meeting was in fact held at which 6 of the 11 members were present. <br />2011 – 12 meetings scheduled, 5 were cancelled due to insufficient quorum. Of the remaining 7, Commission met three times with less than a quorum (5); April, June, and November. <br />2012- 12 meetings were scheduled, none were cancelled. Of the 12, there were 8 times the commission did not have a quorum. <br />2013 – 12 meetings were scheduled, 3 were cancelled due to insufficient quorum. Of the remaining 9, Commission met 8 of those with less than a quorum (3, 4 and 5 members) <br />2014 – 12 meetings were scheduled, 4 were cancelled due to insufficient quorum. Of the remaining 8 meetings, none of them met the quorum (three meetings with 4 and 5 meetings 3). Amundson <br /> to Chair, Thomas to Secretary. Battin and Jean Miller resigned. <br />August 22, 2014 – K & G Memo (Riggs) to City Administrator Ericson regarding Charter Commission meeting quorum requirements opining that a minimum of 6 constitutes a quorum. <br />2015 – Commission moved to 7 meetings with 4 cancelled; January, February, May and November and the remaining 3 meeting, but without a quorum. May and September had 3 members and July <br /> had 2 (Thomas and Amundsen which the Annual report details it as a work session). <br />October 22, 2015 – K & G Memo (Riggs) to Council regarding compatibility of office (Council members serving on Charter Commission). <br />February 10, 2016 – K & G Memo (Riggs) to Administrator Ericson revisiting compatibility of Council member serving on Charter Commission. <br />February 10, 2016 – K & G Memo (Riggs) to Administrator Ericson regarding quorum required for Charter Commission meetings. Reaffirms October 22, 2015 memo. <br />2016 – Seven meetings were scheduled with 1 appearing to transition into a joint meeting with Council (October 3). Of the remaining 6, none met the quorum requirements (3 with 3, 1 <br /> with 4, 2 with 5). Jerry Peterson and Don Johnson join the commission. Greg Oberg and Dennis Erickson both show up in the November minutes. Commission discusses K & G February memo <br /> at the May, July and September meetings and change their bylaws specific to makeup going from 11 to 9 members. <br />November 10, 2016 – Bylaws amended/adopted to change commission makeup from 11 members to 9 members. <br />2017 – Six meetings scheduled, all six met quorum. Reyes-Johnson and Lamarouix join commission, D. Johnson resigns. <br />2018 – Seven meetings scheduled with all having a quorum present (given reduction to 9 members). Oberg and Doty done at end of October. Staples, Warren and Klander appointed along <br /> with Reyes Johnson <br />January 29, 2019 Commission Meeting. All 9 present. Officers elected; Reyes-Johnson Chair, Thomas Vice, Clawson 2nd Vice, Amundsen Secretary.
