And those just don't <br />seem to be fruitful results, hence, the city <br />council's request. When looking at the record, when <br />looking at what they have seen, when discussing this <br />with charter commission members who have said they <br />will resign if Mr. Amundsen stays on the commission, <br />that's why the request has been made for his <br />removal. <br />THE COURT: Okay. <br />Mr. Amundsen, would you like to make an opening <br />statement now or wait until the city is done? <br />MR.
