There's a question that <br />was asked that I don't think was answered. Has the <br />city council ever proposed an actual charter <br />amendment to the charter commission? <br />THE WITNESS: Your Honor, I'm not aware of <br />any while I've been a council member. I cannot <br />speak prior to my election in 2012. <br />THE COURT: So limited to your time on the city <br />council, has the city council ever proposed an <br />amendment to the charter? <br />THE WITNESS: No. <br />THE COURT: Okay.
