AMUNDSEN: <br />Q Are you in receipt of those minutes, <br />Mr. Clawson? <br />A I don't know. <br />Q Are you in receipt of any minutes, Mr. Clawson, <br />of the May 21 meeting? <br />A I would have to look at my notes and see if I <br />received any minutes. <br />Q On what basis are you stating that the meeting <br />lasted three hours? <br />A That was just my recollection. Again, I would <br />have to go back and look at other minutes to be for sure, <br />
