And then with the chair, it came across as a power <br />play. It came across that you were angry for some reason <br />that you were no longer in charge, that she was doing <br />things differently, that you felt like you were being <br />left out of the loop. And by the time I left that <br />meeting, that's what I felt, that this was a power play. <br />You were upset that you weren't in charge anymore and <br />that you were trying to assert some kind of authority by <br />making us discuss what you thought the role of the <br />secretary was. <br />When it came down to it, I didn't understand <br />why you and Marissa hadn't just discussed this outside of <br />the meeting. I didn't understand why you decided the <br />meeting was the place to do this. And you were just -- <br />she was the chair. She had the right to call the agenda. <br />
