And I
respectfully disagree with his opinion.
MR. AMUNDSEN: Your Honor, the witness has
identified two documents, government documents which
I have copies of which I could submit to the Court.
THE COURT: Any objection to me receiving those
two Attorney General opinions?
MR. RIGGS: No, your Honor.
THE COURT: All right. Bring them up.
And although they are legal opinions and could
be considered research, I'm going to mark them as
exhibits.
MR. AMUNDSEN: Okay. One is the Attorney
General's opinion. The other is the House File
1171, which he referred to?
THE WITNESS: 1127.
THE COURT: 1127.
MR. AMUNDSEN: 1127.
THE COURT: Okay. I understand that seeing
them now, the 19 -- the Attorney General's opinion
from 1950 you don't have a copy of?
MR. AMUNDSEN: I do not have a copy of that.
THE COURT: Okay. That's fine.
