Kristina Hansen - Matthew William I’m not sure anyone was screaming but making your voice heard to city council is what all of us should be doing more of.

Anthony Nicolls - Just another example of poor management and leadership in the city. How many $1000s of taxpayer money did they piss away on the streets being resurfaced!? The streets
look the same or worse in some areas. Plus my lawn is a F’ed up with gravel!

Valerie Amundsen - Anthony Nicholls - My street is awful too. Why have they not gone back to the contractor and complained. Something went drastically wrong last year with the streets
resurfacing.

Bruce Peterson - Thank you for all the work that you've done to this point. I have a question It appears to me that the City Council may have violated their oath of office by failing
to determine the will of the people in this matter by rejecting this lawful petition. (A violation of the 1st amendment) It's important to know that We're not a Democracy where the
only option is to vote them out next time they come up for election. We're a Constitutional Republic and under the Common law (which we have the right to go to) it's a violation of
their oath of office is an act of treason against the Constitution. It's a criminal offense that carried either a fine or a death penalty (this is at the Federal Level). All that
may be needed is to file a criminal complaint to the FBI against the City Council's actions. I don't know if you all have the stomach for something like this but we should be aware
of the option and so should the city council. It's been my experience that even most attorneys are unaware of this option, some even thought that the State could override Constitutional
protections by the 10th amendment but that's for rights not enumerated by the Constitution, and the 9th amendment makes that even trickier. Some would claim that this has been overturned
by the civil rights legislation but there's been numerous supreme court decisions in support of the Supremacy clause of the Constitution (Article 6 paragraph 2) one such is in Miranda
v Arizona at p491. “When rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them.” If the city council knew about this
and if the city's citizens were willing to look into this matter that alone might be enough for the council to rethink their decision.

Bob King – Wasn’t a lawful petition. Bob King - That is simply not true. The SoS "rule" does not govern the MV Council's decision, they (SoS) have told me as such. It was entirely
the Council's decision to deem it deficient. They didn't want it put to the voters. Period

Irena Sablak – Thank you.

Scott Gamelin - Thank you Valerie Amundsen for all your hard work and tremendous effort. Guess it's time to clean the dirty house we have in Mounds View called the City Hall. They got
voted in by we the people thinking they had our best interest. Now it's time to take out the trash and make Mounds View a people city again that has our best interest. What a shame
and a embarrassment.

Cameron Obert – Scott Gamelin wow, just wow!

Blake Downes - Valerie Amundsen - I resent your use of the phrase "I have worked diligently on your behalf." You are neither elected or appointed (other than by yourself) to represent
my interests or those of your neighbors. You mention that you have added $13,000 in costs to our city due to your misguided petition. I suggest that you reimburse the city. Speaking
strictly for myself, I thank the council for their wisdom in eliminating a dangerous provision in the charter. As someone who went through the
