So we will <br />make it up as we go: <br />The Court accepts as the petition the July 11, <br />2019 letter of Mayor Carol Mueller, M-u-e-1-1-e-r, <br />that was filed, and it's got nine exhibits. I treat <br />that as the petition. <br />In addition to that, I have received a number <br />of letters. I think they have been filed, but what <br />I plan on doing is simply marking them as exhibits <br />and making them exhibits to the case. And I'm going <br />to ask my court reporter to mark them. So don't <br />talk while they are being marked. And I'll have <br />Lori mark them one at a time starting with the <br />number 1 -- I take it back. Let's start with the <br />letter A since the petition has Exhibits 1 through <br />9, then we won't be confusing that with the exhibits <br />attached to the petition. <br />(Exhibits A through I were marked.) <br />THE COURT: And then before referring to the <br />exhibits, the Court should also note that I've <br />received an August 1 letter from Brian Amundsen. <br />It's a three -page letter with attachments 1 through <br />12 totaling 58 pages that was filed in the court <br />file.
