I saw no text messages (personal or otherwise), and social media posts by staff, mayor or council members (I know there were some, certainly from Council Member Al Hull anyway). I have been advised those are also covered in this request, and should be sent also. In addition, whenever attachments are mentioned in the messages, those attachments must also be included I understand. It appears some are missing, from reviewing the 162 page document sent today. In addition, it appears there have been numerous phone conversations also. Notes from those phone calls (including the conference call referred to on 1/27) are also included in this request, and are subject to MN Government Data Practices Act. Some specific requests that I don't see included, that we would like sent immediately: p. 127 2/1/2022 Triplett sent generic documents to Sathe in an attachment (note plural). Those attachments don't seem to be included. p. 67 1/25 Sathe to Nyle "I will send you a memo on counting signatures this afternoon." MEMO not included. If indeed it is, please tell me on what page that memo appears. I couldn't find it. p65. 1/25 Rayla to Sathe - Where are the answers from Sathe regarding Rayla's two questions on this date? If a phone conversation, I am certain notes were taken. Please provide. p63. 1/26 Email from Nyle to Council, Staff and Attorneys - Nyle notes "blue highlight now becomes discussion point..... more discussion to follow" When and where did that discussion happen? The council did not discuss this at the 2/4 council meeting. So how was it discussed? Please provide notes from discussion. p57. 1/25 Christina to Rayla email "please contact Valerie Amundsen with attached by email. Where and what is the attached? I was not contacted at all and receive no attachment. Rayla requests discussion with Nyle before forwarding message. Where are the notes from that discussion? Would request those notes also. p.55 1/27 Nyle to Riggs - Nyle states "we can discuss when we gather". Please share notes from that gathering. p 51 Nyle to council and staff - notes Nyle will put in written correspondence "all concerns specific to the petition meeting all requirements ....." . Please provide that document.
