Amundsen Data Request Follow Up Feb 18.pdf
Caution: This email originated outside our organization; please use caution
Nyle,
In response to your reply to further possible missing data and records related to this issue: Please see note below from
our Attorneys regarding your email message this past week regarding the omissions from the Data request.
As you can see from messages below (please see), personal social media comments should infact be included (and if
requested, must be provided). Also, you note that you personally didn't take any notes at various meetings or phone
calls, but if any others did, those are subject to the request as well as all text messages between all parties. In your
statement to the council yesterday at the Special Council meeting, you stated that you texted me. I would like those
texts included in the request, as well as all other texts between all parties involved (staff, council, attorneys, consultants,
etc.).
Please provide.
Any and all omissions need to have applicable statute referenced.
Thank you.
Valerie Amundsen
Begin forwarded message:
Date: Sat, 19 Feb 2022 17:47:59 +0000
From: "Bliss, Frank (Cameron)" <CBliss@Taftlaw.com>
To: Valerie <vamundsen@yahoo.com>
Subject: Re: Packet Public Comment Data Request
Yes.
