<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA DISTRICT COURT <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT <br />COURT FILE NUMBER 62-CV-22-13 <br /> <br />In the Matter of the Appointment <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDER APPOINTING <br />CHARTER COMMISSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the appointed term of four Mounds View Charter Commission members <br />expires on October 31, 2022; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, notice of the vacancies created by the expired terms was published, <br />applications were to be submitted by September 30, 2022, and six applications were received; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council submitted Resolution No. 9637 to the Chief <br />Judge of the Second Judicial District for consideration and recommending four of the applicants; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute § 410.05 requires the Chief Judge of the District to appoint <br />and fill vacancies of Charter Commission members within the Judicial District. <br /> <br />THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the following individuals are appointed <br />as members of the Mounds View Charter Commission, for a term commencing no sooner than <br />November 1, 2022, and ending no later than October 31, 2026: <br />1. Edeth O. James, 2390 Mounds View Blvd., Mounds View, MN 55112; <br /> <br />2. Matthew W. Meehan, 2382 Pinewood Cir., Mounds View, MN 55112; <br /> <br />3. Aaron Pratt, 2940 Spring View Lane, Mounds View, MN 55112; and <br /> <br />4. Rebecca J.R. Scholl, 2467 Hillview Road, Mounds View, MN 55112. <br /> <br />IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED THAT: <br /> <br />1. The Court Administrator of the Second Judicial District shall immediately by mail <br />provide notice to the members of the City of Mounds View Charter Commission of <br />these appointments. <br />
