If the petition or amended petition is fmmd sufficient under the provisions of 234 Section 5.03 of this chapter, the Clerk-Administrator shall transmi submit it to the Council-_.: 235 delay, an as required. Within five working days of notification,the elected official 243 named by the petition may provide an answer for their course of action in not more than 500 words. 244 If there is no regularly scheduled election within 120 calendar days of the determination of 245 sufficiency or if the calendar date prohibits compliance with provisions in Chapter 4 of this Charter. 246 upon declaration of sufficiency,the Council shall immediately calla special election to take place 247 within 90 calendar days of said meeting. The Clerk-Administrator shall include with the published 248 notice of the election.the statement of the grounds for the recall and the answer of the official 249 concerned or a statement stating no answer was received. If a majority of those voting on the recall 250 vote in its favor, it shall become effective immediately upon certification of the election results.
