Mounds View Charter Appendix E - Recall Process Flow Diagram - Revision, Date 12/12/2006 <br />Form Committee of 5 to 10 <br />members and file copy of petition <br />stating the Official's name and the <br />grounds for recall with Clerk - <br />Administrator prior to circulation. <br />Charter Section 5.02, 5.08 <br />• <br />The Clerk -Administrator shall notify <br />the Official sought to be recalled of <br />the petition <br />Obtain at least 25% <br />of the number of <br />votes cast for <br />President, most <br />recent election <br />Sec 5.03 <br />Within 180 days of <br />filing petition, deliver <br />all required <br />information to Clerk - <br />Administrator <br />Sec 5.08 <br />Within 30 calendar days the Sponsoring <br />Committee must resubmit corrected <br />petition to Clerk -Administrator. Sec 5.04 <br />Within 10 calendar days of receiving <br />completed petition, Clerk -Administrator <br />notifies the City Council and Sponsoring <br />Committee of deficiencies.
