Mounds View Charter Appendix E - Recall Process Flow Diagram - Revision, Date 7/12/2007 <br />Form Committee of 5 to 10 <br />members and file copy of petition <br />stating the official's name and the <br />grounds for recall with Clerk - <br />Administrator prior to circulation. <br />Charter Section 5.02, 5.08 <br />• <br />The Clerk -Administrator shall notify <br />the official sought to be recalled of <br />the petition Sec 5.08 <br />Obtain at least 25% <br />of the number of <br />votes cast for <br />President, most <br />recent election <br />Sec 5.03 <br />Within 180 days of <br />filing petition, deliver <br />all required <br />information to Clerk - <br />Administrator <br />Sec 5.08 <br />Within 21 calendar days the Sponsoring <br />Committee must submit corrected petition <br />to Clerk -Administrator.
