Placement of the new building in approximately the same location <br />as the existing building takes advantage of a slightly elevated piece of <br />ground so that drainage can easily be directed away from the building. <br />It also allows use of the existing water and sanitary service lines with <br />minimal additional work. <br /> <br />4. The floor elevation of the new building is proposed to be <br />approximately one foot below the elevation of the existing building. <br />This will allow easier access to the building but will still be high <br />enough to provide good drainage out from the building. We may propose <br />insulation over the existing sanitary line right by the building for <br />frost protection. <br /> <br />Please review the proposed building location, orientation, and mirror <br />image floor plan.
