<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Wide Survey <br />This was discussed by the City Council at the Work Session on February 7, 2005. <br />The City Council made several revisions to the DRAFT fifty-question (50) Community Survey. <br />It is anticipated that the draft will be finalized and approved by the City Council on February 28, 2005. <br />The Commissioners did not recommend any changes. <br /> <br />LaCrosse Field / Oakwood Park Renovation Project <br />Steve Dazenski explained dimensions and the shortcomings of trying to site a field at this location. <br />Staff is to determine if a field is feasible and what the impacts are. <br />Staff is to submit an airphoto with the field drawn on it for next month’s meeting. <br /> <br />5. New Business: <br /> <br />Park Lighting Project <br />Steve Dazenski is working with an electrical contractor to provide a proposal to upgrade lighting throughout the City – mostly in park areas. This proposal must show that there is a <br /> cost benefit for the City. <br /> <br />Park shelter / building reservation fee structure <br />Look at restructuring the fee schedule for park shelter rental. It could be similar to the Community Center / YMCA fee structure. <br />YMCA to submit a proposal later this year. <br /> <br />Park Dedication Fund - Financial Review <br />An updated summary will be submitted to the Commissioners later this spring once the final 2004 years end summary is available. <br /> <br />County Road 10 Corridor Improvement Program - Design Theme Subcommittee <br />Cindy Palm volunteered to serve on this committee. <br />The first meeting will be March 16, 2005 at 6:00pm. <br /> <br />Skate Park - Do the Commissioners want to proceed with this project in 2006, table it for a later date, or remove it from consideration? <br /> <br />Motion to remove the possibility of constructing a skate park from consideration and to remove it from the Capital Improvement Program: <br />Motion made by Kunza <br /> 2nd: Long <br />Motion passed unanimously
