Greg, <br />I would like to limit most of the meeting to Groveland. I will be requesting the following of your staff and commissioners ... <br /> <br />1. We need a breakdown of the costs (if possible) from TKDA and lowest bidder: <br />* Demolition costs - Knock down and disposal of material <br />* Utility (water, sewer,) prep and hook up costs. <br />* Other site prep costs <br />* Materials <br /> <br />2. Meet with the lowest bidder and understand what is driving the costs at a future date. <br /> <br />3. Get estimates on a stick building with the same emenities. <br /> <br />4. Recommend commission define the priorities of building features - bathrooms, overhang, A/C, furnace vs electric heater, serving area, etc. <br /> <br />5. Determine options for volunteer construction (Residents, college). <br /> <br />6. Get estimates on "polebarn" designs or pre-assembled structures. <br /> <br />Also, as we discussed last night, I want to see a breakdown of the developments in MV over the last two years and the respective Park Dedication Fund income from those developments. <br /> I would like to go back to the Mermaid/AmericInn timeframe. <br /> <br />Greg, thank you for your work on this.
