The estimated cost of $330,300 was the over riding factor.
The City Council recognizes the need to replace the building, but though that the proposed masonry building was too expensive. The Commission will need to discuss this issue and perhaps
formulate some options.

Facility Guide Update –
The printing of the Facility Guide has been delayed until there was more information pertaining to the Groveland Building. With the recent decisions of the City Council not to go forward
with the Groveland Park building replacement as proposed, and the approval of the Medtronic proposal to develop the golf course property does the Parks and Recreation Commission wish
to proceed with the printing of the facility guide at this time?

YMCA Committee Update – Any?

LaCrosse Field / Oakwood Park Renovation Project

County Road 10 Corridor Improvement Program - Design Theme Subcommittee Update
A meeting was held on July 20, 2005.

4.
